A: In the beginning, we had growth but not enough systems to sustain it. That made things messy. I had to learn quickly that growth without process is fragile. Once we built stronger foundations — systems, people, and repeatable workflows — things became more stable and scalable.

A: I would have prioritized infrastructure sooner. It’s tempting to chase fast wins, but a business only becomes sustainable when it can run without you being in the room. I’d also have leaned into AI earlier, since it’s reshaped how we operate day-to-day.

A: Exciting and challenging. Success now isn’t about working harder, it’s about working smarter. AI and automation allow lean teams to do more, which creates opportunities but also demands constant innovation. For me, it’s about finding balance — building something impactful while not burning out.
