This shift has significantly driven late-stage investment growth, with funding surging by 110 percent quarter-on-quarter to reach USD 699 million in Q1 2025. Conversely, earlier investment stages experienced substantial declines, with seed-stage investments contracting by 77 percent year-on-year to USD 44 million and early-stage funding decreasing by 71 percent year-on-year.
